Liability for Contents
The contents of our pages were elaborated with all due care. Still, we cannot assume liability for correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the contents. According to § 7 Sec. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act), we as a service provider are responsible for our own contents on these pages according to general legislation. But according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we as a service provider are not committed to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to search for circumstances that might indicate an illegal activity. Any commitment to remove or block information from being used according to the general legislation remains unaffected. Still, no liabilities resulting therefrom can be assumed before the moment that we get knowledge of a concrete infringement.
